The charter:
1. It is authorised to pilots:
1.1. To plunder other pilots despite their level if which pilot plunder refuses to pay or opens fire, it is authorised to attack on defeat.
1.2. To help allies the finance and fire support. 2. It is forbidden to pilots:
2.1. To plunder or attack pilots below 15 levels without the reason.
2.2. The reason it, the insult from outside the enemy pilot, attack from outside the enemy pilot or attack of allies from outside the enemy pilot.
2.3. To break server rules.
2.4. Not to engage without the reason.
3. The pilot is obliged:
3.1. To submit to orders of the commander or the pilot with an officer rank.
3.2. To Behave adequately!
3.3. The pilot is obliged to help to comrades in arms at call about the help in any situation: whether it be your friend or you are occupied by an another matter.
